Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to Japan, Europe, the UK, North America, Australia, New Zealand, India, South Korea and Taiwan. China and South America aren't available yet — we're working on it.

What's the difference between Outbath Smooth and Moist?
Smooth is for hair that tends to feel rough or unruly, and leaves it feeling smooth and silky. Moist is for hair that tends to feel dry, and gives the hair moisture.
Can I return or exchange an item?

Who is behind nu:s?
nu:s is a Japanese haircare line created by a hair salon based in Nara, with a second location in Osaka. This shop is run by Nac*c.
